We have a 2 bedroom flat to rent for a minimum stay of 1 month in the fantastic beachside location of La Fosca. The lively town of Palamos is about a 25 minute walk away and has plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops etc…
From April to October there is a supermarket about a 1 minute walk away.
The flat has an open plan design with sliding full glass patio doors that open onto the large wooden terrace and then onto the small garden.
The flat is second line to the seafront with a small sea-view and is about a 1 minute walk to the beach.
It has 5G wireless internet and would be great option for remote workers.
There is one large main double bedroom and a second bedroom with a large double sofa bed that can be separated with sliding doors.
There is a private parking space.
We can help arrange bike hire of all types of bikes – hybrid bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, electric bikes and mountain bikes.
It is the ideal location for anyone looking for a base on the Costa Brava, Spain for a month or two.
Girona city is about a 40 minute drive and the Girona airport is also about a 40 minute drive.
Barcelona is about 1 hour 30 minute drive.
Pricing per month:
- High Season (June, July, August): €3,600
- Mid Season (May, September): €3,000
- Low Season: €2,400
For stays of more than two months, a 10% discount applies.
Additional conditions apply:
The deposit must be equal to one month’s rent.
Electricity and water bills are deductible from the deposit at the end of the stay, as are cleaning fees.
Pets are welcome upon request.
No smoking. If smokers have stayed, a professional cleaning service specializing in smoke removal will be used costing approximately €400 for a hard-surface deep cleaning, and possibly much more for extensive odour removal or repairs.
